The Schreyer Honors College (SHC) is Penn State’s honors college. Its mission is to promote academic excellence with integrity, build a global perspective, and create opportunities for leadership and civic engagement. The Schreyer Honors College provides the best of a small college liberal arts experience within a major research university. The Political Science Department, with over 60 Schreyer scholars, is an active partner of the Schreyer Honors College.
