Lee Ann Banaszak, Head of the Department of Political Science, was awarded the 2023 Welch Alumni Relations Award (named several years ago in honor of Susan Welch). The award, which is awarded by the College of the Liberal Arts Alumni Society Board, recognizes a faculty or staff member who has contributed significantly to strengthening the connection between the college and its alumni leaders, volunteers, and donors.
