Morrgan Herlihy, a third-year Ph.D. Student in American Politics and Social Data Analytics was chosen as the inaugural recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Fellowship in the McCourtney Institute for Democracy. The fellowship will release Morrgan from teaching and research assistant obligations for the 2023-24 year to focus on her research on American state legislative caucuses and the federal judicial selection process. The Roosevelt Fellowship was endowed by Susan Welch, longtime Dean of the College of the Liberal Arts at Penn State and Professor of Political Science. See full story
