Graduate students Brandon Bolte and Nguyen Huynh recently published an article entitled “BayesSPsurv: An R Package to Estimate Bayesian (Spatial) Split-Population Survival Models” in The R Journal. The article introduces a new R package that estimates a parametric Bayesian Spatial split-population survival model to account for spatial autocorrelation.
