Graduate student Nguyen Huynh, along with professors Vineeta Yadav and Bumba Mukherjee, recently published an article entitled “IDCeMPy: Python Package for Inflated Discrete Choice Models” in The Journal of Open Source Software. The article introduces a new Python package that estimates ordered and unordered discrete choice models that account for the disproportionate share of observations falling into a single category.
