Congratulations to Ph.D. candidate Michael Burnham for receiving a Superior Research and Teaching (STAR) award from the College of the Liberal Arts. Michael received this award for his excellence in designing and teaching the math camp for incoming graduate students as well as the undergraduate Social Data Analytics capstone course alongside his research on large language models, text analysis, and American politics.
