Ash Elswick has been awarded the Delbert F. and Marie S. Welch Graduate Fellowship by the College of the Liberal Arts, and will thus be released from RA or TA duties for the 2025-2026 academic year. Ash is a 3rd year student specializing in American politics with a particular focus on how rural, poor, and other marginalized groups of US citizens express themselves politically.
