Robert S. Friedman Award for Excellence in Teaching
Criteria: The Friedman Teaching Award was established in honor of Dr. Robert S. Friedman, which is given to the a graduate student instructor who shows excellence in teaching their own course. The Graduate Studies Awards Committee makes this determination by looking at the SRTE’s, course syllabi, and faculty evaluations of all graduate students who has served as the instructor of record for a course in the previous year (Fall, Spring, Summer).
