Professional Bio
I am a Political Science and Social Data Analytics Dual PhD Candidate at Pennsylvania State University. My research focuses on the intersection of race, gender, and digital politics. I specifically examine discourse and behaviors of political elites on social media and aggregate online discrimination. In related research I also investigate economic trends in the media and its effects on political participation. I specialize in a number of computational and statistical methods including machine learning, natural language processing, network analysis as well as causal inference and time series analysis.
