Political Science Graduate Student Receives APSA Diversity Fellowship

Maya Kerr Coste, a graduate student in the Department of Political Science at Penn State, has been selected as an American Political Science Association Diversity Fellow. The fellowship provides recipients with financial support, recognition from the APSA, and access to professional development opportunities and a national network of current and former fellows in the discipline. Maya’s research examines how the boundaries of “legitimate” political violence shift during periods of political change in the United States.
