Andrew is a member of the teaching faculty and the Director of the Counterterrorism Option in Penn State's Intercollege Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security. Before coming to Penn State he did his graduate studies at SUNY Albany's Rockefeller School, where he worked on a range of counter-terrorism and political violence related projects and taught courses in political science and homeland security.
