Seth Warner is a Ph.D. student at The Pennsylvania State University. He is interested in electoral behavior, state and local politics, and policy responsiveness. His current project examines spatial voting in U.S. gubernatorial elections. With Eric Plutzer, he is also studying the determinants and effects of sexual education curricular policies in the U.S. states.

Seth came to Penn State with prior experience in higher education, as an admissions counselor at Earlham College and as an analyst and project manager at Drexel University. His undergraduate degree is from Vassar College, where he majored in Political Science with a correlate sequence in French and Francophone Studies.
