Michelle Ilgen is retiring after an admirable career as senior administrative manager in Penn State’s Political Science Department. Throughout her time here, she played a key role in overseeing five major departmental moves, supporting staff development, and creating a strong sense of community. Michelle’s contributions have left a lasting impact on the department and the College of the Liberal Arts.
