Hamad Hussain will represent both the Penn State College of the Liberal Arts and the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences as college marshal at the University’s summer 2026 commencement ceremony on Aug. 15 at the Bryce Jordan Center.
Hussain, a native of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is graduating with a bachelor of arts degree in international politics and dual bachelor of science degrees in global and international studies and energy business and finance. His interdisciplinary education brought together the study of geopolitics, global affairs, energy markets and finance — an approach that earned him the distinction of being selected as college marshal by both colleges.
