Brief Biography

Dr. Robert Packer received his PhD from the University of Michigan in 1996. He was a faculty member at Carleton College (Minnesota) and Middlebury College (Vermont). At Penn State, he will be teaching courses in international relations, especially in the areas of International Political Economy, Arab-Israeli Conflict, and African politics.
